Description
School Nino Obrero was established to help children whose
parents are poor and do not easily permit that their children
go to school. They have to help the family to provide for
food or work with them at the camp. At this school there are
about 60 children. Children stay at school from 8.00 am to
5.00 pm.
Activities
Volunteers can work as assistant teachers and help organise
sports or other recreational activities. If you like you can
help them out with homework in the afternoons.
Minimum: 4 weeks
Spanish: Intermediate
Schedule: 8.00 am- 1.00 pm, it is possible to work
in the afternoons too.
Capacity: This is a project with at least 5 volunteers.
Each volunteer will be working with 6 children on average.
